Surrealism: origins, characteristics, motifs

Surrealism emerged in Paris in 1920 and is referred to as a worldwide movement in literature, painting, photography and film. As an inspiration for surrealism Visions, states of intoxication, wishes, desires, dreams and suffering are often mentioned. The images cannot be explained rationally. The decisive factor is the artist's mental life. Opposite objects such as landscapes, motifs, themes are mixed with one another.

You buy your wall pictures from us and select the appropriate motif. After once you have completed the purchase online, the order will be sent to us in Allgäu. The picture will be printed on high-quality canvas and stretched on a wooden stretcher frame.

The finished product will then be quality-checked and shipped . There it will be communicated with the respective shipping service provider (e.g. DHL) will be sent to you.
