Which payment options can I use?

We accept instant transfers (online banking via KLARNA), PayPal and all major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

Please note:
In the case of immediate transfer, it can take 3-5 days for us to receive your payment. We can only process your order after we have received the money.


When will my order ship?

Production and shipping takes 3-5 working days (Germany) after you have placed your order and the payment has been verified.
In the case of payments with Klarna (instant transfer), there may be an additional processing time due to the allocation of the payments by Klarna.

Cancel or change your order. How does it work?

Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation in good time. If you have problems with your order, please contact us. Of course, the money-back guarantee remains within unaffected by this for a period of 30 days.




My order status shows "not processed". What does that mean?

"Not processed" means that your order has been successfully received. As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and the status will change to "Dispatch".

Unfortunately, an intermediate step "in progress" cannot be implemented for technical reasons.




How do I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please email us at support@affengeilebilder24.de within 30 days of receiving your order. Please add your order number and the reason for the refund. You will receive all necessary information by email.




What happens if the products are defective, incorrect or broken?

Please contact us within 7 days at support@affengeilebilder24.de if the order you received is defective, incorrect or broken. To ensure a smooth refund, please provide us with your order number, photos of the broken product and all relevant information about the product received. We will do our best to solve everything as soon as possible.




The colors are not the same as in the shop. How come?

The colors on the internet are often displayed differently on the monitor and are therefore not color-binding. This is due to the monitor calibration and also to the different color spaces of the monitor (RGB) and print (CMYK).

Please note that we assume no liability for color deviations between the photos on the Internet and the delivered goods. (see also our Terms and Conditions)


How long does a refund take?

Refunds may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
All refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we will post the refund to your account within 5-7 working days after receiving the refund. If you paid by PayPal, we will refund the amount to your PayPal account.
