When will my order be shipped?
Production and shipping take 3–5 business days (Germany) after you place your order and payment is verified.
For payments made via Klarna (instant bank transfer), additional processing time may occur due to Klarna’s payment allocation process.

- 4–7 business days (Austria) – €14.90
- 7–12 business days (EU) – €29.90
- 7–12 business days (Switzerland) – €29.90
Where is my order shipped from?
