Right of withdrawal

Is your order defective or do you not like it? Then please fill out the form below before returning the shipment. Please read the cancellation policy and the consequences of cancellation on this page beforehand to exercise your right of cancellation.

Return and cancellation policy

  1. The right of withdrawal and return for distance contracts pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is excluded according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the BGB if the goods are manufactured and tailored according to the customer's specifications. For this reason, all individually manufactured products of this type are excluded from the right of return.

  2. You can cancel your order or return the item within 30 days of receiving your delivery. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice or return the item within that timeframe. Please include your order number. To help us improve our service and products, please also state the reason for your return or cancellation. You can find a cancellation form, which is not mandatory, here .   3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the value of the goods.

  4. The shipping costs from affengeilebilder24 to the customer will be refunded along with the purchase price after the product is returned to us. For express shipping requested by the customer, we will only refund the standard shipping fee. For free shipping, there is no entitlement to a refund of the shipping costs.

  5. For hygienic reasons, face masks are excluded from the right of return.

  6. Items that have already been used or processed (e.g., stretched onto the frame by the customer) are excluded from exchange.

Returns

If you don't like your order or ordered the wrong size, you can return it.

Important: The invoice amount of the goods will be refunded to you. In this case we will not cover the costs for return shipping . Higher costs can arise, especially for oversizes, as they have to be shipped with a freight forwarder.

Complaints due to defects

If your order has any damage or defects, the entire payment amount will be refunded to you after clarification with our support team and enclosing photo evidence. As soon as you have filled out the cancellation form, an employee from our support team will contact you and clarify all further steps.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 30 days .

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill out the form below, indicate in the text field that you are withdrawing from the purchase contract and return the goods. Our support team will provide you with the return address after you have filled out and sent the cancellation form.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.

Excepted from this are:

  • Additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. If you request express shipping, we will only refund the standard shipping amount.
  • In the case of free shipping, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the fictitious shipping costs.
  • The delivery costs for returns where there is no obvious production or delivery damage

For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Unless otherwise specified, the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

At the same time, you accept our General Terms and Conditions, which you can view again here, and consent to the necessary transmission of your data in the event that the contract is concluded.     - Receipt of your order will be confirmed to you immediately after you submit the order via the email address you provided.
  5. The contract language is German.
  6. We save the contract text and send you the order details by email. Your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.
